This future first-person sniper of” Grind” for the Commodore Amiga 500 and higher is a good source for more games information. Then Tsak and our dear friend Saberman have just informed us through the EAB boards. That not only has the initial actually Grind PvP linear been released, but according to the patron news. It also includes a big overhaul of the ancient serial-cable PvP features, packed with product new features and options, plus 2 novel Arenas to enjoy! We have some images of this online experience below in order to coincide with this news.

Featuring:

  • – Custom Menus, especially tailored to Online requirements.
  • – A separate monitor that displays the connection position between machines.
  • – New match options, allowing the players to change the type of match ( no limit, kills, minutes ) and setup win conditions!
  • – Choice to pick the location where the game will take place ( there are currently only 2 available )!
  • – Option to end the match whenever you want ( this was previously unavailable ).
  • – Changed the on-screen show (upper left part ) of’ Frags ‘ (times you killed the other person ) and ‘ Deaths’, adding an indication of which is which and different colour of the words to make it look nicer. added a clock that displays the amount of time that has passed between the matches.
  • – New Multiplayer stats screen that displays the number of Frags, Deaths, and Time Leftover as well as the match result ( winner, loser, or draw ) after the game is over.
  • – Modified and polished all of the outdated graphics and gameplay elements, keeping this function up to date with all the new Grind functions, including tool secondary attacks for the person and the enemy image, allowing the players to attack and suffer harm from projectiles ( like rockets ), reworked avatar graphics, etc.
  • – Fixed a number of bugs with the sounds of the person and the opponent image.
  • – Made results and blasts visible in front of the person ( this fix will also be applied to one player mode ).

Arenas:

In addition to the above, the drawings included in this binary are even worth mentioning. I’ve created two arenas that can be based on the PvP installation display:

  • 1 ) Cursed Village: this is the ancient Dread PvP image, released a few years ago (originally made by KK) but entirely overhauled and redecorated. It’s a pretty wide arena, which makes it possible to see the opponent very quickly and find them. Due to this, I had to tone down the decorations and complexity a little ( from the typical standards of Grind maps ) because it was performing poorly on stock machines ( this was also the case with the original Dread map, by the way ).
  • 2 ) Wheel Temple: this brand-new arena initially appeared as a change to the” Test arena” map but quickly perished. uses the most recent revision of my” Crystal” feel set and is quite polished visually. The image is roughly the same size as the Village image, but it is more” near rooms” oriented.
